When we decided to finish our basement, we got quotes from five contractors. Northwest remodeling was our last one, and when we received their quote, we immediately decided to go with them. Not only was their quote the most affordable, but it was the most detailed one we received and was the only one that included 3D models. Throughout the process, we did not doubt the decision to go with Northwest remodeling. Omar and his crew were professional, and they showed respect to our home by keeping the space clean and organized. Communication was smooth, and many times they asked to work on Saturdays in order for the basement to finish faster. The basement was finished yesterday, and we could not be happier with the results-It looks even better than what we imagined!

This summer, Omar and his team remodeled our basement and I don't think we could be any more pleased with the work. From the initial meetings at the start of the year until the final walk through, Omar was responsive and timely, making sure we were always happy at every stage of the process. We were kept informed as schedules potentially shifted, when to pick up any items we were responsible for, and the crews that came through were fantastic. The work area was swept up every night before they left and the cleanup at the end of the job was excellent. They went so far as to vacuum anything we had in storage that happened to collect some dust during construction.The quality of the work is also excellent. All the moulding looks fantastic, and the tile in the bathroom came out amazing. We truly couldn't be happier with how our basement came out, especially when the work was done for a good price.

I hired Northwest Remodeling & Services to finish my basement. Omar and his crew did amazing work. We trusted in their design as we couldn't really picture the space ourselves. Previously, it was just your typical unfinished basement overflowing with junk we've collected over the years. Now, it's an amazing space that our family uses most of the day!The quality of the work is top notch. In addition, Omar and his crew were very clean and respectful of our home throughout the duration of the project. Our dog loved saying hi to them every morning so you know they're good people.I am used to construction projects exceeding deadlines. We recently finished our basement and could not be happier with the results! From the moment we met Omar and Andres, we knew we were in good hands. They provided us with an initial design and we worked through a few iterations that incorporated some of our ideas and their feedback. They were very responsive to our questions and patient throughout the entire process. They never had any problems with minor changes or adjustments we made. Their team was very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. While there were a few delays here and there with a some of the items we ordered, their work was completed on time according to the original timeline. Omar, Andres, and the entire team at Northwest Remodeling & Services were FANTASTIC to work with from the very start of the project. We interviewed 6 different contractors, and decided to go with NWR&S, and we can't imagine that the project could have been any better with anybody else. Both Omar and Andres are easy-going, customer-focused, professional, and responsive. Their bid was not the cheapest, but it WAS the best. They provided 3-D drawings, worked with us on revisions (which were minor), and were just perfect to work with throughout the project. They had been referred to us by my sister, who had also used NWR&S for her basement project. Everything was on time, their workers were clean and courteous, and really the whole things just went better than I expected from start to finish. They just finished today, and we couldn't be happier with our basement!!

If you're looking to finish your basement or another remodeling project, look no further! Omar and his team of professional employees are phenomenal! They started our basement project in mid March and had it completed by late May, right on time, and exactly when they told us it would be completed. Omar helped us with the design, and modeled the entire design on the computer. During the project, we were able to make design changes that Omar and his team accommodated without issue.In these types of big projects, it's the little things that count. His team didn't leave our house until everything was perfect, even doing touch up paint around the house (not in scope of basement job), installing our Ring Camera for us, installing a celing fan, and doing other jobs around the house. We have recommended Omar to our family and friends, and we'll use his wonderful team on our next remodeling project!

If you dream it , they can build it! My wife and I could not be happier with how our basement turned out. From the very beginning, Omar and his brother helped bring our vision to life. Their recommendations were fantastic and they didn’t have a problem when we came to them with new ideas (bench under the stairs, built-in shelving unit, etc.).Omar’s team was very professional and kept everything as clean as possible. The team was respectful and responsible with COVID-19 procedures too.One way Northwest Remodeling Services stands out above their competition is the way they build enclosures to hide things like sump pumps. They use actual doors in front of things like furnaces and not those cheap accordion-style doors that other companies wanted to use. Their meticulous attention to detail is another way they separate themselves from their competition. We never had to point out things we noticed because Omar and his team would notice and resolve things before we ever had to mention them.One of our favorite things to do as a family during the project was go down at the end of the day to see the progress. Watching the transformation unfold before our eyes each day was exciting. The basement was finished slightly ahead of schedule and looks even better than we imagined. Omar and his team have created an amazing space where we can make many memories in the future.We had Omar quote us in 2018, but we were not ready to take on such a large project. We were more than glad to have kept his information and brought him back to re-quote the project in November of 2020. We even hired them to paint the main parts of the inside of our house because the original paint used by the previous owners was awful (couldn’t wash it without the paint coming off).The bottom line, if you are looking for a reputable company to take on a home remodeling project, look no further. We built out our large basement and after getting an initial quote from another contractor we thought about scrapping the entire project until we had Omar take a look and provide a quote. He was significantly lower and provided detailed modeling with the estimate to help us see the work that would performed. We moved forward with the project and couldn't be happier. Omar's crews were polite, hard-working, and kept the site clean each day. From the beginning, Omar and his brother, Andre, were very easy to work with. They unpretentiously listened to our ideas, our vision and very quickly put it on the 3D digital footprint.
