They finished our basement- framing, changing a window, adding a storage closet and office, flooring, trim, a beautiful handrail and paint all throughout. Although the process felt long, it was absolutely worth the wait as the work was all done with great attention to detail. Every worker who came to work was respectful and hard working. Northwest Remodeling is a great family owned business. We had Omar and his team finish our basement and it exceeded our expectations. They were fair and honest throughout the whole process and very responsive. We had them quote our basement about 3 years ago and we just weren’t ready for this type of project but when we were, there was no one else we wanted to call. They were so professional and we felt very comfortable having them do this project for us. We were in constant communication through the project and it was completed on time. Everyone that worked on our basement was very professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day which was shocking how clean it always was. Every time we needed to make a change to design they were very accommodating. At the end of the project we almost felt like they were family with how familiar we got with some of the workers. I would highly recommend Northwest Remodeling as we will definitely be using them again for a few future project we have in mind.

Omar and his team were amazing to work with on our basement project in Barrington, IL - they were punctual, responsive, talented in their work, and accommodating to our design changes. They were instrumental in coming up with the design to begin with, then were involved throughout the entire process. Their contracting team is outstanding and detail oriented - every part of the renovation was impeccably done. They showed up 6x a week and stayed on schedule to get it done on time. Their crew was also respectful and cleaned up to minimize the dust, which we really appreciated as a family with young kids. Overall, a great experience with Northwest and highly recommend them. We definitely plan to reach back out for future renovation projects.

We recently completed our basement renovation with Northwest Remodeling and can’t say enough good things about Omar and his team. Their professionalism was unmatched. With the exception of a couple noisy hours, we barely noticed their presence. The team came and went quietly, left the space clean and tidy each day, and were very respectful of our time – showing up when they said they would (which is unheard of for most contractors!). We know we are not easy clients, as we have high expectations for quality of work, and their team anticipated and worked around any potential concerns before we could even bring it up in discussion. They also were great about communicating on additional items that we may have wanted to add along the way, such as insulating the ceiling or adding additional vents/outlets/light switches, and presented other possibilities we hadn’t even thought about. There was no pressure to value-add, though we wanted to after their insightful suggestions in some cases! We had ordered a few finishing touches like custom shelves and a mantel, and their team happily installed them for us in order to achieve the overall result we were hoping for. The entire project went according to schedule, and they finished within the timeline and price point we had expected from the beginning. We are THRILLED with our basement and would highly recommend Northwest Remodeling to anyone looking to achieve a high-value renovation with a wonderful team of workers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We loved working with Omar and the rest of the team at Northwest! During the initial quote, they were never pushy and offered ideas to save costs while being open to unique asks that we had. All of the employees at Northwest were so nice and kept the basement shockingly clean throughout the construction process. They took care of every paint touch up and wall knick without us even having to point anything out. The attention to detail throughout the process was amazing! We are incredibly happy with how our basement turned out and would absolutely recommend Northwest for any of your home renovations.

Northwest did our entire master bath remodel. We had the entire bath torn out, right down to the studs, and rebuilt with a walk in shower in place of the old jacuzzi and stackable washer/dryer where the original shower was. From start to finish, the workmanship was timely, thorough, and simply impeccable! I could not be any happier!! What a fantastic job, and very reasonably priced, too.

Northwest Remodeling is FANTASTIC. Friendly, helpful, professional and respectful. They finished our basement starting August 1, 2023 and ending October 13, 2023, exactly as they promised! They did the job professionally and went out of their way to respect the fact that we were in the house much of the time. The completed job was of incredible quality. It's so hard to find good contractors these days, and Northwest Remodeling is EXCELLENT. Highly recommended.

Omar and his crew did excellent work remodeling our unfinished basement, adding a bathroom, and gutting and replacing our 3 existing bathrooms. On time, quality work. Very receptive to our ideas. Recommend highly and would definitely use them again.

When we decided to finish our basement, we got quotes from five contractors. Northwest remodeling was our last one, and when we received their quote, we immediately decided to go with them. Not only was their quote the most affordable, but it was the most detailed one we received and was the only one that included 3D models. Throughout the process, we did not doubt the decision to go with Northwest remodeling. Omar and his crew were professional, and they showed respect to our home by keeping the space clean and organized. Communication was smooth, and many times they asked to work on Saturdays in order for the basement to finish faster. The basement was finished yesterday, and we could not be happier with the results-It looks even better than what we imagined!
